Which plan is right for me?
If you only want to verify your email list or use email insights, you can sign up for a free account and purchase the amount of credits required, either as a one-off purchase or auto-renewal as needed. You'll get 200 free credits to start off with.
If you're looking to use DMARC reporting and blocklist monitoring, one of our subscriptions will be right for you. You can get started with the Free plan which includes 1 DMARC domain and 2 blocklist monitors, or upgrade to a paid plan for more.
Do I still have to buy credits to use the Inbox insights feature after choosing any of the monthly subscription plans?
Yes, credits will need to be purchased to use the Inbox insights feature, regardless of the subscription.
How much time do I need to wait to receive the credits?
When purchasing additional credits, the new number of available credits will update on the top left, and will be ready for use once the payment is successful.
Will my credits expire?
MailerCheck credits will never expire, and you can use them whenever you need.
Can I test a different domain or subdomain other than the one I signed up with?
Yes, different subdomains can be tested aside from the domain used when creating an account.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do not offer discounts at this time, however, you can save money on credits by buying them in bulk. What’s more, credits do not expire so you are free to keep them for use as long as needed.
How do I switch to a different plan? Upgrading-Downgrading
To upgrade your subscription, navigate to the top of your account and click the Buy Credits button. Choose the Monthly subscription tab and choose your new plan. The total for the new plan will be adjusted based on the unused time on the current plan and can be seen at checkout.
Downgrading is only possible once the current subscription has been canceled. The previous plan must expire before a new plan can be purchased.
Would it be possible to place an order for less than 1000 credits?
At this moment, there is a 1,000 credit minimum.
What data protection does MC use?
I bought too many credits, is it possible to get a refund, please?
Our refund policy states:
We are required to provide a refund only if we terminate our Services to you without cause before the end of the period for which you have paid. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from us.
