About MailerCheck's refund policy
We are required to provide a refund only if we terminate our Services to you without cause before the end of the period for which you have paid. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from us.
We do not refund unused or partially used plans, which includes credits and/or monthly subscriptions. If you do not use your plan or cancel it before the end of the billing period, you will not be refunded
We treat all customers equally, so we do not make exceptions to this policy
