About MailerCheck's refund policy

Understand MailerCheck's refund policy to know if your request follows our guidelines.

We are required to provide a refund only if we terminate our Services to you without cause before the end of the period for which you have paid. There is no other circumstance in which you will be entitled to a refund from us. 

  • We do not provide refunds if your account is suspended because of a violation of our Terms of Use

  • We do not refund unused or partially used plans, which includes credits and/or monthly subscriptions. If you do not use your plan or cancel it before the end of the billing period, you will not be refunded

  • We treat all customers equally, so we do not make exceptions to this policy
